What connection do your lamps use?

Our lamps use a wired connection via a USB port. The product package includes a connection cable and a remote control.

Note that our remote control does not come with batteries due to airline regulations, but you can easily find batteries at grocery stores for very cheap.

Why do some of your lamps detach from the base?

Some of our lamps are designed with detachable bases mainly to avoid any possible damage during shipping. If you face any difficulty fitting the light into the base, don’t worry—we can quickly provide a replacement base for you, saving you both time and money
